These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Suitekore Invoices platform at invoices.suitekore.com (“the Service”), operated by Suitekore (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any business you represent.
Suitekore Invoices is a recurring invoicing platform for commercial cleaning companies. Features include client and building management, recurring invoice generation, PDF rendering, email delivery, payment tracking, and Stripe payment processing.
Eligible new users and companies may use one 31-day trial of a selected Core, Growth, or Agency plan. A valid payment card is required in Stripe Checkout to activate the trial, but the card is not charged on the day the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the end of the 31-day trial, the selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically and Stripe charges the price disclosed at checkout. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user and company; prior trial and subscription history may be used to determine eligibility. Existing records remain available if access ends. Pricing is displayed at invoices.suitekore.com/pricing and may change with 30 days’ notice.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Client invoice payments are processed through your own connected Stripe account. Suitekore does not hold, process, or have access to client payment funds. Any payment disputes between you and your clients are between you and your clients.

The Suitekore name, logo, and the Service’s code and design are our intellectual property. The data you enter into the Service (clients, buildings, invoices, company details) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service integrates with Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (email delivery). Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Service offline for maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service outages or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suitekore’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or data loss, even if advised of the possibility.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
